***Hatching & Success Disclaimer***

Killifish eggs are a live, natural product, and hatch rates can vary significantly. Due to factors outside of our control, Orange Aquatics cannot guarantee that any eggs will hatch, the number of eggs that will hatch, or the male-to-female ratio of the resulting fish.

Successful incubation depends on many variables, including the buyer’s incubation methods, water quality, temperature, timing, handling, and overall husbandry experience. Every hobbyist’s setup and level of experience is different, which can greatly influence hatch rates and fry survival.

By purchasing fertilized killifish eggs from Orange Aquatics, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a natural product and accept the inherent variability associated with hatching live eggs. The buyer assumes responsibility for all aspects of incubation and raising the fry.

We carefully inspect and package every order to provide healthy, viable eggs, but because we cannot control conditions after the eggs leave our care, no guarantees are made regarding hatch success, hatch quantity, fry survival, growth, coloration, or sex ratio.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting responsible fish breeding.

!!!!Killifish Egg Sales Disclaimer!!!!

Please read this information carefully before purchasing killifish eggs.

Killifish eggs are a living product, and success depends on many factors beyond my control. Your hatching results will vary based on your experience, incubation methods, water quality, temperature, timing, and the care provided after hatching.

By purchasing killifish eggs, you acknowledge and understand that:

  • I cannot guarantee a specific hatch rate or the number of eggs that will hatch.
  • I cannot guarantee the survival rate of newly hatched fry.
  • I cannot guarantee the sex ratio of the fish that hatch.
  • Results will vary significantly between hobbyists. Experienced keepers often achieve much higher hatch and survival rates than beginners.

Every batch of eggs is collected from healthy, breeding adults and is carefully packaged to maximize the likelihood of success. However, once the eggs leave my care, there are simply too many variables that affect the outcome for me to guarantee specific results.

To be completely honest, I would much rather sell live fish whenever possible. Selling live fish allows me to ensure you’re receiving healthy, thriving specimens and provides a much more predictable experience. However, I’ve received an overwhelming number of requests from hobbyists looking to purchase eggs, so I’ve decided to offer them as a service to the community.

If you’re new to hatching  killifish eggs, I strongly encourage you to research the species’ incubation and hatching requirements before purchasing. Proper preparation and husbandry will greatly improve your chances of success.

Thank you for your understanding
